Where Do You Ship?
Great news! We currently offer free standard shipping on every single order. We are proud to package and ship our items all across India. While we cover all major cities and towns, please note that the transit time will naturally vary based on your specific location.

How Long Until My Order Arrives?
We know you're excited to receive your order! We work to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing: We typically take 1-3 business days to handle, verify, and prepare your order for dispatch.

Delivery Time: Once the package is dispatched, the standard delivery time frame is 5-7 business days. Depending on where you live, you might get your package much sooner!

Please understand that during peak shopping seasons, such as festivals or major sales, postal and courier services can experience unforeseen delays that are unfortunately outside of our control. Factors like distance, extreme weather, or logistical issues may also occasionally cause minor delays.

Will I Get a Tracking Number?
Absolutely. A tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been prepared and shipped. This will allow you to monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep. We appreciate your patience should any unexpected logistical or security delays occur (like a random facility inspection).

What If My Package is Lost or Damaged?
We ship every order with full insurance and secure handling for your peace of mind.

While the delivery process is managed by third-party carriers once it leaves our facility, we've got you covered. If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, held indefinitely at a sorting facility, or returned to us for a non-address-related reason, we will ensure you are taken care of.

Because the shipment is insured, we will immediately send a replacement order to you with priority shipping and a new tracking number, or offer you a full refund. Please refer to our separate Refund and Returns Policy for specific timelines and conditions regarding replacements or refunds.

Are There Any Extra Taxes or Hidden Fees?
All prices displayed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees), and the price you see includes all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is covered entirely by us.

Since we ship only within India, there are no additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged upon arrival. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for the product and shipping.

What If My Delivery is Delayed?
Our stated timelines are accurate estimates, but sometimes a longer delay can happen due to unforeseen circumstances on the courier's end. If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days past the expected delivery date, please contact us right away. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do everything within our control to help expedite the delivery or find a swift solution.
