Freyfox Exchange & Returns Policy
At Freyfox, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a smooth and transparent exchange process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility & Conditions
Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Type of Exchange: We allow size exchanges only.

Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Hygiene Clause: Exchanges will not be accepted if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled.

Sale/Offer Items: Items purchased during Clearance Sale, Flash Sale or any another offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

How to Request an Exchange
Visit our website and go to the Raise an Exchange Request page to submit your request.

Alternatively, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9265065448 (office hours: 10 AM – 6 PM) with your order ID.

Exchange Process
Pickup Initiation: Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. The product will typically be picked up within 2-3 working days from your address.

Handing Over: Please ensure you hand over the correct item as per your original order.

Return Transit & Processing: The full exchange process — from pickup to delivery back to our warehouse — may take 7 to 15 working days.

New Product Dispatch: Your replacement item will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.

Delivery Charges
A delivery fee of ₹200 per item will apply to all exchanges & reverse pickup requests generated by us.

This amount must be paid via online payment methods. Cash on Delivery is not accepted for these charges.

Refund Policy (For Damaged Items Only)
Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged items and are subject to quality check clearance.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Reverse Pickup Limitations
For areas where reverse pickup is not available, you will need to self-courier the product to us. 

The return shipping address will be the same as mentioned on our contact page.
Incorrect/Damaged Product Delivery
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +91 9327777663.

This policy is in place to reduce fake orders and streamline delivery operations.
